This page explains what Elite Skills collects when you create an account or register for a program at eliteskills.org, and how that information is used.
What we collect
When you or your child registers, we collect names, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and home address. For some programs we also collect emergency contact information, medical and allergy information, and a photo or ID on file. If you make a payment, Elite Skills does not store your card number — payment is processed by Stripe, and we keep only a reference to the transaction.
How we use it
We use this information to run programs safely and to communicate with families about registrations, schedules, payments, and program changes — by email, and by text or automated call if you provide a mobile number and opt in. Medical and emergency contact information is used only if needed during a program. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, Elite Skills may send you texts about registrations, schedules, payments, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions for more on SMS terms.
Who can see it
Information is visible to Elite Skills staff who need it to run your program, and to the service providers we use to operate the platform — payment processing (Stripe), email and text delivery, and hosting. We do not sell your information to anyone.
