These terms cover using eliteskills.org and registering for Elite Skills programs. By creating an account or registering for a program, you agree to them.

Registration and payment

Registering for a program reserves a place subject to the availability shown at the time of registration. Payment is due as described at checkout. Cancellations and refunds are handled under the refund policy in effect at the time of registration.

SMS Terms

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, Elite Skills will send you text messages about registrations, schedules, payments, and reminders. Message frequency varies depending on how many sessions you or your children are registered for. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out of texts does not cancel or affect an existing registration.

Using the site

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, and to keep your account's medical and emergency contact information current. Elite Skills may suspend an account for conduct that endangers or seriously disrupts staff or other participants.
